Creating Culture in Richmond Hill

Mayor Barrow and Members of Council were joined by Richmond Hill arts and cultural organizations, as well as Town staff to celebrate the launch of the Town’s Cultural Plan process on March 10, 2011. To ensure creativity and innovation remain at the forefront of what makes Richmond Hill such a vibrant community, the Town hosted an interactive workshop where participants learned more about Cultural Planning and participated in roundtable discussions to help shape the future of culture in Richmond Hill. This event was just one in a series of workshops and initiatives taking place to engage the community and to gain input and ideas about culture in Richmond Hill.
